Choice Services (Ireland) Ltd is part of the Choice Housing Group and provides response repairs and maintenance services to over 9,000 properties including housing, apartments and office buildings. The building services we provide include:
- Response maintenance
- Change of tenancy repairs
- Adaptions for disabled tenants
- Project works
- Electrical testing
- Asbestos monitoring
Choice Services is seeking to appoint a Supervisor to take responsibility for the site supervision of minor multi-trade building works and small project works, including pre and post inspections, to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused service to Choice customers. Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary, Choice Services will initially focus on the provision of response repair services and Planned Works to a third of our stock, based largely in the Greater Belfast area. The objective is to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction and to drive better value for money for our stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable high level knowledge and experience managing Engineers and sub-contractors.
- Demonstrable high level technical knowledge of maintenance works in a social housing environment.
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
- Sound knowledge of building maintenance services with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the maintenance and building sector.
- Experience in programming, managing and delivering Small Project Works & Minor Multi-Trade Building Works.
- Current valid, and clean UK driving licence.
