The Student – Assets will assist the Asset Managers in delivering a professional, technical and customer-facing estates maintenance service and will work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues to proactively identify areas for service improvement.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Radius Housing, 3-7 Redburn Square, Holywood, BT18 9HZ
Salary: £25,583 per annum
It is anticipated that the start date for the post will be July 2026, on a fixed term basis for 12 months. To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
- Currently studying for a level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate diploma) in an Estate Management/ Building Surveying/ Construction/ Engineering related discipline with one full year of studies complete.
- A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport.
