Senior Development Officer
37 hours per week
Monday to Friday with flexi hours and hybrid working
Based at our Head Officer, Belfast City Centre

About the role
Help create the homes and communities of the future. Working as part of our ambitious Development team, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality housing projects by building strong relationships with contractors, developers and colleagues. It’s a varied and rewarding role where you’ll contribute to projects that change lives while developing your knowledge, skills and career.
About you
You’re motivated by delivering projects that make a lasting difference and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. You’ll have a third level qualification together with at leastthreeyear’s recent experience (within the last five years), or five years’ relevant experience (within the last eight years), in a property, housing, construction, project management or architecture environment. You’ll also have an interest in housing and development, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement while building positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
