Response Assets Officer

37 hours per week

Monday to Friday with flexi hours and hybrid working

Based at our Head Office, Belfast City Centre

About the role

Help ensure our homes remain safe, comfortable and welcoming places to live. As part of our Assets team, you'll oversee operational asset management across your area, working closely with colleagues and contractors to deliver an excellent service for customers. You'll enjoy a varied role where your expertise helps improve homes and communities, with opportunities to continue learning and developing.

About you

You take pride in delivering high standards and finding practical solutions that improve homes and services. Working collaboratively comes naturally to you, and you're confident building relationships with customers, contractors and colleagues. You'll have a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline together with at least two years' recent experience in a construction, facilities or maintenance environment. Alternatively, we'll consider exceptional candidates with five years' relevant experience in place of a qualification.
