The jobholder will provide mobile security to a number of designated sites across NB Housing’s apartment stock in North Belfast. The successful candidate must have:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A good understanding of the role and responsibilities of a security warden
- A good understanding of Health and Safety Practices in the workplace
The position offers the following benefits:
- Salary is £13.45 per hour
- Generous optional contributory pension scheme
- 23 days annual leave pro rata, rising to 28 days pro rata after 5 years
- 12 customary holidays pro rata
- Birthday leave
- Excellent work and family friendly policies

- 16 hours per week on a flexible rota to include evenings and weekend evenings.
