Woodbank House is a supported living accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with mental health issues. It is situated centrally within Omagh. Woodbank House provides 24-hour staff support services 365 days a year, supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision making.
Qualifications and Experience
- QCF/NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent
- 6 months experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities or mental health issues. (Must be currently registered with NISCC or, if new to the sector, must achieve registration within 6 months).
- Alternatively, 2 years’ experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities or mental health issues (Must be currently registered with NISCC or must achieve registration within 6 months if new).
- Must be willing to work towards the completion of relevant qualification.
