Clanmil Housing Association is seeking two Night Property Security Wardens to provide a visible presence across its Belfast schemes, ensuring resident safety and wellbeing through a proactive night-time presence. One additional part-time 22.25-hour position is also available.
Candidates should have at least one year of security/caretaker experience and customer-facing skills, plus a valid driver’s licence for traveling between schemes. A rota of 3 on, 4 off applies across multiple sites.
