What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing nutritious, homely meals tailored to the needs of our residents
- Supporting menu planning and contributing ideas for varied, enjoyable dishes
- Completing essential compliance and food safety checks
A bit about you:
- NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality or City & Guilds equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a kitchen or catering environment
- Knowledge of older people’s dietary needs or menu planning (desirable)
- You must also be able to communicate verbally in English with our residents.
