The Role
You will carry out a variety of responsive repairs, void property works, planned projects, and multi-trade maintenance.
You’ll work across a variety of residential properties, ensuring our customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality workmanship while helping us create homes and communities’ people are proud to live in.
Responsibilities
- Completing high-quality joinery repairs and maintenance.
- Undertaking a mix of responsive repairs, void property works, and project-based maintenance.
Completed Joinery apprenticeship and relevant NVQ Level 2/3 certification
2+ years post apprentice experience.
Eligible for trade specific CSR card.
Demonstrable experience and sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services.
2+ years relevant experience in the minor building and maintenance sector.
Availability for Out of Hours Call-Out Rota 1 week every 19 weeks.
Ability to use smartphone device.
Current, valid UK driving license.
