Radius Housing is seeking a Development Officer to support the Development management team in delivering high-quality homes across tenures in Northern Ireland. The role covers inception to handover, including site identification, feasibility, design, planning, construction, project management, marketing and sales, and strict health and safety compliance.
The candidate should have a Level 6 qualification in Building/Property/Design or more and at least 1 year in a related role, or three years in a relevant position.
