The Engagement Coordinator will undertake an agreed programme of duties tailored to the needs of the Community Investment Team and will be responsible for a range of activities to help improve engagement, participation and empowering individuals living within Radius communities.

Location: Radius Offices, Holywood

This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid / smart working.

Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland. We provide a range of services from sheltered housing for the over 55’s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

  • Good general level of education to include 5 GCSE’s or equivalent to include English and Maths (at a minimum of Grade C)
  • Experience of working with voluntary, community and statutory agencies.
  • Experience of supporting events, meetings and community activities.
  • Demonstrable experience in meeting agreed deadlines and targets whilst managing a complex and varied workload.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, databases and administrative systems.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and standard office systems.
  • Full valid driving license and access to a vehicle to meet the mobility aspects of the post.
