The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a team in the Customer Service Centre providing a high-quality telephone customer service, effectively responding to and resolving all types of calls across the full range of service activity i.e. rents, neighbourhoods, allocations, housing and repairs.
Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland. We provide a range of services, from sheltered housing for the over 55’s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
- A good general level of education to include GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in both English and Maths
- A minimum of six months’ customer service experience, communicating with customers via phone
- Evidence of ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a workplace environment
- Evidence of ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in work responsibilities
- Excellent level of IT literacy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, to include Excel, Word and Outlook
- Fluent in both spoken and written English language
