Finance and Administration Officer - Craigowen Housing Association
  • Closing Date: 7 August 2026
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective financial and administration service for the Association. The post-holder will at all times carry out their duties in a professional manner and uphold the highest standard of customer care.

Education/Training/Experience
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE Level (Grade A-C) or equivalent to include Maths & English language
  • Demonstrable experience in preparing and presenting Financial and Management Accounts and Reports to Senior Management and Board.
  • At least 3 years' experience of working in a Finance role in the past 5 years
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
  • Excellent level of IT literacy with advanced level of MS office
  • Experience of working on own initiative and as part of a small team
  • High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines on an annual, monthly and weekly basis
Additional factors
  • Willingness to work outside normal office hours on occasions
  • Experience of use of Sage accounting software
  • Experience of taking minutes at meetings
  • Experience of working in a Housing Association
