The Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective financial and administration service for the Association. The post-holder will at all times carry out their duties in a professional manner and uphold the highest standard of customer care.
Education/Training/Experience- Minimum of 5 GCSE Level (Grade A-C) or equivalent to include Maths & English language
- Demonstrable experience in preparing and presenting Financial and Management Accounts and Reports to Senior Management and Board.
- At least 3 years' experience of working in a Finance role in the past 5 years
- Excellent level of IT literacy with advanced level of MS office
- Experience of working on own initiative and as part of a small team
- High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines on an annual, monthly and weekly basis
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours on occasions
- Experience of use of Sage accounting software
- Experience of taking minutes at meetings
- Experience of working in a Housing Association
