The Administrator will support and assist the Finance Manager in ensuring that the Association complies with all relevant regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements in relation to accounting services and will provide administration support to the team.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid / Smart Working suitable.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience (within the last 5 years) including a working knowledge of BACS and operating in a computerised purchase ledger office environment.
  • At least 5 GCSEs (minimum Grade C or equivalent) to include English and Maths OR further 2 years relevant experience in addition to the above.
  • Excellent level of IT literacy with demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office, including word processing and Excel spreadsheet experience and working with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
