Apex Housing Association (Apex) provides housing, care and support for the needs of the whole community in a variety of settings across Northern Ireland.

Qualifications:

  • Third level qualification in building/construction/related studies.

Experience:

  • Three years’ experience of delivering a comprehensive maintenance service (i.e. responsive, cyclical, planned works contracts) within a Housing maintenance role.
  • One year’s experience of staff management OR Four years’ experience of delivering a comprehensive maintenance service (i.e. responsive, cyclical, planned works contracts) within a Housing maintenance role.
  • One year’s experience of staff management.
  • Have practical experience of delivering a high quality customer focused service.
