Qualifications:
- Third level qualification in building/construction/related studies.
Experience:
- Three years’ experience of delivering a comprehensive maintenance service (i.e. responsive, cyclical, planned works contracts) within a Housing maintenance role.
- One year’s experience of staff management OR Four years’ experience of delivering a comprehensive maintenance service (i.e. responsive, cyclical, planned works contracts) within a Housing maintenance role.
- One year’s experience of staff management.
- Have practical experience of delivering a high quality customer focused service.
