Clondermott House is a supported living accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with mental health issues. It is situated in the Waterside area of Derry~Londonderry. Clondermott House provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year, supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision making.

Qualifications:

  • QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • 6 months experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities/mental health issues. Must be currently registered with NISCC or if new to the sector must achieve registration within 6 months.
  • Or 2 years’ experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience of working with individuals with Learning Disabilities/Mental Health issues. Must be currently registered with NISCC or if new to the sector must achieve registration within 6 months.
  • Must be willing to work towards the completion of relevant qualification.
