Clondermott House is a supported living accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with mental health issues. It is situated in the Waterside area of Derry~Londonderry. Clondermott House provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year, supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision making.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one and a half years post qualifying experience as a registered mental health nurse.
- Current NMC registration.
- Have a minimum of three years experience in a mental health setting.
