Our Scheme Coordinators play a vital role in our independent living schemes. They are responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the schemes, enabling our tenants to live confidently, independently and positively in their own homes, and ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the Scheme.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the independent living schemes.
- Provide a tailored welcome and induction for tenants when they move in.
- Serve as a liaison on behalf of the resident with statutory or voluntary agencies when needed.
- Offer support for emergencies.
- Arrange social events for tenants and facilitate social interactions.
- Agree and review individual housing support plans with tenants.
- Oversee the physical environment of the Scheme to ensure tenants are safe and that premises are clean and well‑maintained.
Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience (within the last 6 years) in a paid or unpaid capacity, OR a minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) with at least a Grade C, and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a paid or unpaid capacity.
