The Minor Works Supervisor will lead and deliver void property works within a social housing environment. This is a hands-on role requiring both supervisory and operational involvement to ensure properties are returned to a lettable standard efficiently, safely, and to a high quality. The successful candidate will oversee engineers and sub-contractors while maintaining strong customer service standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.

- SSSTS/SMSTS (preferred but not essential)
- Current valid and clean UK driving licence (essential)
