Reporting to the Customer Repairs Manager, the jobholder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of property management operations. This is a full-time permanent post working 37 hours per week.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3rd Level education or equivalent in a related subject OR a minimum of 1 year experience within the last 5 years in a similar role
  • A minimum of 1-year experience within the last 5 years in a related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer Literacy: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
