At Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our business. As Assets Assistant you will provide a great customer-focussed service to our tenants.

- Provide a high level of customer service to tenants and residents.

About you
- You will have a minimum of 2 years administration experience in a busy office environment AND 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include Maths & English OR 5 years relevant experience in a busy office environment.
- You will have a minimum of 1 yearβs experience dealing with a high volume of calls in front-line customer service to include handling customer enquiries.
- You will have complete proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
