We promote social inclusion, supporting people to live independently and maintain their tenancies; we also provide support systems to enable adults with a learning disability maintain meaningful employment.

Within Support Services there are 26 supported living services across 4 regions, managed by 4 Regional Managers and 20 Registered Service managers supported by a Positive Behaviour Support Manager and a Participation and Engagement Manager. As Regional Manager you have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and development of our Causeway services for people with a learning disability and one service for older people in Greenisland, ensuring the highest possible quality of care and housing related support to achieve our Mission.

We have a permanent full-time Regional Manager post based in the Ballymoney area. Salary scale is Band 10 Level 1 – 4 (£60,765 – £63,960 per annum). Some of the benefits include:
