The Role

To work with service users and staff team to deliver quality personal care and housing support services to individuals with a learning disability/challenging behaviour enabling them to lead a full and integrated life in the community in which they live. Care and support must be delivered in accordance with the organisation’s core values, customer service standards and customer service guide.

The Package

We have permanent Team Leader posts based in Ballymena, Ballyclare, Belfast and Ballycastle areas. A waiting list will be created for any similar opportunities that arise in the next 12 months.

  • Salary scale is Band 3 Level 1 – 4 (£26,736– £27,989 per annum)
  • 37 hours per week
  • 33 days annual leave, increasing with length of service to a maximum of 40 days (Includes public holidays)
