A bit about the role: At Clanmil, our tenants are at the heart of what we do. The Caretaker will maintain the highest levels of cleanliness at our schemes, will be responsible for the cleaning of all communal areas in the buildings and to act in a neighbourly and friendly fashion to tenants of the scheme and their visitors. You will have previous experience working within a similar role. This role will be based in Belfast schemes, where you may be asked to provide cover at neighbouring schemes.
