Basecamp Research is seeking a Senior Research Engineer to join the AI Research team in London. You will build the systems our research runs on and the models themselves, operating as a full member of the team rather than in support of it.
You will curate and version training data at petabyte scale, run large training jobs, implement architectures and ablations, and build evaluation and inference pipelines that turn checkpoints into lab-ready sequences for partners.
