Job Description
The Strategic Insight Lead is responsible for delivering insight across the breadth of NIQ data sets to provide our customers with the Full View.
You will make a difference by leading the insight agenda and delivering impactful actionable insights on strategic questions for a market leading brand in the FMCG industry. You will develop strong senior relationships with our clients so NielsenIQ can bring maximum value to the client partnership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Insight Generation and Story-telling: Influence client’s strategic focus through the insight you deliver.
- Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building: Working with NIQ stakeholders, proactively plan and execute a client engagement plan to build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Whilst not a people-management role, you will develop strong internal relationships, manage internal stakeholders and projects to ensure the client’s requirements are translated into delivering the very best NielsenIQ can offer.
- Revenue opportunity generation: You will identify opportunities for additional NIQ products and services to meet client’s needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years experience within Insight/Analytics function delivering insight to business issues that tell a story that drives action.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences.
- Expert in leading and collaborating on insight projects using multiple datasets including EPOS and Consumer panel.
- Evidence of creating positive client/internal relationships in complex situations.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG industry, retail and consumer trends.
