About the Role
As a Senior Research Executive, you will support ongoing market research quantitative survey tracking programmes and custom/ad-hoc studies. You will help support future prospects and new business opportunities. This is a high-profile role with potential client contact, working within a team to deliver reports and build story-led presentations to provide consultancy services.
Working with experts in areas such as branding, segmentation, and market sizing, you will deliver valuable brand and consumer insights to a diverse list of clients—both UK and global—covering industries like telecoms, home furnishings, automotive, and media. You will report to an Associate Director.
Responsibilities:
- Writing quantitative survey questionnaires and link testing.
- Ensuring successful project setup and delivery in collaboration with colleagues.
- Performing quick and accurate data checking.
- Writing commentaries, summaries, and creating charts.
- Assisting with analysis planning for debriefs and reporting templates.
- Participating in presentations, client meetings, and calls.
- Developing relationships with clients and becoming a key contact—client communication is essential in this role.
Qualifications:
- Relevant market research/survey experience (agency or client-side).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and adapt to achieve goals.
- Experience with data analysis: Enjoys exploring datasets to uncover insights and themes.
- Ability to explain complex data clearly.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets, and experience with data analysis tools.
