Do you enjoy bringing order to complex processes, solving operational issues and helping commercial teams deliver a strong customer experience? Are you proactive, highly organised and comfortable working across Sales, Finance and post-sales teams? If so, this could be an exciting opportunity to play a central role in improving how NIQ turns signed opportunities into accurate invoicing and recognised revenue. NIQ is seeking a Post-Sales Enablement Executive to provide hands-on coordination across opportunity administration, commercial documentation and the sales-to-finance handover.

The role will help ensure that opportunities are complete, accurate and progressed efficiently through internal systems, invoicing and revenue-recognition processes. The ideal candidate is a dependable and detail-focused operator who takes ownership, communicates clearly and follows issues through to resolution. You will be motivated by helping colleagues succeed, improving Right First Time delivery and creating a smooth experience for internal stakeholders and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Opportunity Processing and Post-Sales Handover: Manage opportunities through the relevant MSD lifecycle stages, from submission through to invoicing and revenue recognition. Check that required documentation is complete, accurate and submitted on time, including contracts, purchase orders, rate cards, pricing approvals and customer information. Monitor submitted opportunities, provide clear status updates and proactively resolve documentation or process issues that could delay delivery or revenue. Support a consistent, well-controlled handover from Sales into Finance, Client Service and other post-sales teams.
  • Commercial Administration: Support Sales teams with opportunity creation, amendments, submission activities and post-submission changes. Process billing updates and other customer or opportunity amendments accurately. Manage deal documentation and filing in line with agreed processes and service standards.
  • Sales-to-Finance Coordination: Work closely with Finance to support invoice readiness, accurate billing and timely revenue recognition. Identify missing purchase orders, contract discrepancies, billing risks or customer-data issues before they affect invoicing. Track and escalate revenue blockers, ensuring issues are owned and progressed to resolution. Help reduce rejected or blocked opportunities, avoid rework and improve Right First Time performance.
  • Systems and Data Administration: Support SAP account set-up, amendments, extensions and account maintenance. Maintain accurate customer master data and high standards of system integrity across commercial platforms. Use internal systems and reporting to manage workload, prioritise urgent requests and highlight emerging risks. Support adoption of agreed processes, controls and ways of working across the Sales organisation.
  • Stakeholder Support and Continuous Improvement: Respond promptly and professionally to operational queries from Sales, Finance, Client Service and other post-sales stakeholders. Build strong working relationships across functions and provide a positive stakeholder experience through proactive communication and ownership. Identify recurring issues, process gaps and avoidable delays, and recommend practical improvements. Contribute to process documentation, training materials and the implementation of improved working practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in sales support, sales operations, commercial administration, finance coordination, customer operations or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to check commercial documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across different teams and levels of seniority.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong sense of ownership from request through to resolution.
  • Comfort using CRM, ERP or workflow systems; experience of Microsoft Dynamics/MSD, SAP, Power BI or similar platforms would be advantageous.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • An understanding of opportunity management, invoicing, purchase orders or revenue-recognition processes would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hybrid environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

What Success Looks Like

  • Opportunities are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.
  • Commercial documentation is complete and compliant at first submission.
  • Billing and revenue blockers are identified early, clearly communicated and resolved promptly.
  • Post-sales handovers are smooth, with fewer avoidable queries and less rework.
  • Sales and Finance stakeholders receive timely, reliable support and clear updates.
  • Recurring process issues are converted into practical improvements.
