Consumer Panel is core to this with a global investment commitment fully underway with several major deployments already in place and more in the pipeline. NIQ are already seeing a significant increase in clients subscribing to our enhanced panel service and our performance demonstrates a growing appetite across the FMCG industry for integrated solutions and an increasingly compelling ROI proposition.
Our client engagement is gathering pace at local, regional, and global levels. Clients are reevaluating their priorities and the pace of our investment is causing them to challenge their own perceptions & options. As a result we at NIQ have a great opportunity to engage clients on the ‘Full View’ proposition at a regional level in Western Europe, and help them to realise the benefits we can truly offer.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our above market team as a Senior Consumer Sales Consultant for NIQ Consumer Panel Services in Western Europe. This role is ideal for a proactive and results‑oriented sales professional who thrives in organisational matrix structures. You will have direct accountability for increasing client penetration of our key CPS solutions ‘above market’ by achieving personal revenue targets, boosting client pitch opportunities & win rates, securing project wins, showcasing new capability, and driving overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities- Driving New Client Acquisition: Lead the commercial strategy, outreach, positioning and pitching efforts to acquire new contracted consumer panel clients on a designated list of multi‑national FMCG clients.
- Matrix Working: Collaborate across the organisation to achieve successes. Partner the regional/global AD community on your designated clients.
- Business Performance & Results: Take accountability for your number. Strategise prospects & wins from ‘far‑out’ time horizons, whilst developing a healthy pipeline of short‑term opportunities to deliver against monthly sales targets.
- Expertise & Credibility: Help establish and elevate NIQ as the Consumer & shopper partner of choice. Drive exposure of thought leadership & empathetic connections with senior client stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecast revenue using appropriate finance tools and ensure timely documentation for billing.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Consumer/Shopper Panel Data Passion: Strong knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for consumer or shopper panel datasets, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Client Acquisition Experience: Proven success in acquiring new clients and managing engagement strategies.
- Effective Communicator & Collaborator: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in a regional or global matrix environment.
- Experience or working with FMCG client insight departments: Strong skills in developing and maintaining senior client relationships.
