To assist with the preparation and execution of marketing research studies by supporting the pre-field part of the project, compiling, analysing, and interpreting marketing research data, writing client reports, and constructing/delivering presentations.
To coach junior analysts (where relevant) on projects and to help build their confidence and expertise.
Accountabilities
- Discusses test designs and writes proposals for simple projects.
- Assists in pre-field project set up (for example: questionnaire preparation, sample composition, database design).
- Consults with clients regarding general study queries.
- Coaches more junior analysts in the development of their projects.
- Supports more junior analysts in the analysis of study data and provides report conclusions and recommendations, with minimal supervision.
- Reviews and finalises reports with strong storytelling skills.
- If relevant, ensures that forecast summaries fit into the report storyline adequately.
- Prepares and presents study results to clients in-person or virtually.
- Drives client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations.
- Develops strategic understanding of industry trends, competition, and opportunities of NielsenIQ.
- Ensures the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards.

- Knowledge
