b Overview /b p As Global Process Owner (Sales Process), you lead the end-to-end, scalable sales processes across NIQ’s global commercial organization. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify, harmonize, and embed standardized lead-to-order and quote-to-cash processes. You drive improvements in seller productivity and customer experience through process and platform optimization. This role combines governance, digital transformation, and change management to support a cohesive sales strategy and measurable outcomes. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li competitive salary (GBP 70k-90k) /li li bonus potential (non-guaranteed) /li li flexible hours and hybrid work /li li onboarding and internal training /li li access to learning platforms /li li employee assistance program /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Own the design, optimization, and governance of global sales processes and policies with regional scalability /li li Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors to define the technology roadmap for digital sales transformation /li li Harmonize and simplify customer-centric workflows to ensure consistent regional and segment coverage /li li Drive sales enablement by improving process and platform efficiency and customer experience /li li Apply methods like Lean Six Sigma to engineer high-performing processes with measurable impact /li li Support change initiatives and training to embed new processes into the business /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 8–10 years of global sales process ownership and optimization experience in L2O or L2C domains /li li Knowledge of MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, BANT /li li Proven track record implementing consistent CRM processes globally /li li Familiarity with design thinking and storyboarding for process modeling /li li Ability to assess and manage the impact of process automation on sales teams /li li Deep CRM domain expertise (Sales Cloud, CPQ, incentive compensation, analytics, contract lifecycle management) /li li Commitment to aligning practices with industry best standards /li li Strong stakeholder management and influence across diverse, global teams /li li Ability to build consensus and drive execution in ambiguous environments /li li Delivery-focused with translating business requirements into actionable outcomes /li /ul ul li Strong stakeholder management /li li Influence across global teams /li li Change management capability /li li CRM and analytics (Sales Cloud, CPQ) /li li Process modeling (design thinking, storyboarding) /li li Lean Six Sigma methodologies /li /ul
