Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leadership
    • Demonstrates an organised approach to work

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication
    • Has sufficient communication skills for effective dialogue with colleagues
    • Responds to emails and queries in a timely and professional manner, escalating for support where required

    • Follows code of conduct, ethics, and organisational standards
    • Understands and applies basic personal security practice
    • Is aware of how work completed relates to agreed service standards and uses available tools and reporting to ensure work is completed to schedule
    • Is aware of all quality standards & processes relevant to their job and completes work to agreed standards
    • Proactively identifies issues and/or inconsistencies and escalates to senior members of staff for resolution
  • Knowledge
    • Has a basic generic and domain knowledge appropriate to area of work
    • Applies newly acquired knowledge to develop new skills
    • Actively lives CGA values in all interactions
    • Develops a culture within the department that aligns with the overall culture of the business
