Join NIQ’s Commercial Inbox team to expand your skills, experience and exposure into a sales and account management environment.
You will be part of a team responsible for aligning customer priorities and insights back to NIQ’s capabilities, identifying & converting opportunities to deepen commercial relationships and drive additional revenue. Own the commercial relationship with a number of clients, deliver on revenue plans by negotiating renewals of continuous services while identifying opportunities to meet growth targets.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong networking and engagement with key players in client networks.
- Understand how to price NIQ's products and the processes we use.
- Own a portfolio of clients, responsible for renewals, incremental sales and relationship management, including accurate account planning and revenue forecasting.
- Assist the Commercial Business Partner in preparing prices and documentation for RFPs and pitch presentations.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to maximise the client experience.
- Illustrate the potential value return of medium businesses using case studies and experiences.
- Prepare simple and compelling proposals and pitches.
- Identify opportunities to expand services by understanding the products we offer.
- Display consultative sales behaviours and listen to client needs.
- Deliver revenue targets, take accountability for business planning and implementation, and maintain visibility of all opportunities & risks.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to track sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial-facing role.
- Proven track record of delivering results.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to generate business across a portfolio of existing clients.
- Understanding of issues facing FMCG manufacturers and retailers.
- FMCG experience and data understanding advantageous.
