We are supporting a business services company, based in Northamptonshire, in the transition from being founder owned to PE.

They are looking for a Finance Transformation Lead to support this process. The role will focus on implementing and documenting systems and processes that can meet investor financial reporting requirements, as well as unpicking issues with the existing Netsuite ERP.

The Finance Transformation lead will also be tasked with uncovering new issues, and developing solutions.

We are looking for a hands on, autonomous change agent who has experience in supporting the finance transformation typical of initial private equity ownership.

Three days per week is required on site, for a duration of 6‑12 months.
