Job Requirements & Responsibilities
- Level A Technician (Lead Tech)
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
- Specialize in Diesel engine repair (including after-treatment systems) and EV/Hybrid high-voltage systems.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to Level B and C technicians.
- Level B Technician (Mid-Level)
- Execute mid-level repairs including brakes, suspension, heating/cooling, and light engine work.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections with high efficiency.
- Participate in Diesel and EV certification programs to transition toward Level A status.
General Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ownership of basic tools (specialized equipment provided).
