Role Purpose
The AdIntel International Reference Data specialist will be part of a team that is responsible for keeping all client requirements up to date through the Scoping process, various different types of data mappings, and maintaining the international data taxonomies (Advertiser, Brand, Product & Category). This team works closely with other operations, product and commercial departments as well as local suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining the International category structure and communicating changes to stakeholders.
- Identify the need for new categories, based on market trends, keeping the Nielsen data taxonomy relevant for clients.
- Communicating with suppliers to discuss how they categorize their data & how it relates and subsequently maps into Ad Intel International.
- Scoping all new client requirements and ensuring accurate gap analysis is available for commercial use.
- Maintaining all client scopes with new data loaded daily.
- Attend stand ups, project touchbases and handover meetings.
- Translating & Mapping all local categories that are received.
- Complete and maintain client specific mappings in all areas; Advertiser, Product, Brand, Category.
- Complete and maintain client specific attributes in relevant fields.
- Categorise all newly created brands/products.
- Research brand ownership in order to attach accurate advertisers to brands as required.
- Perform quality checks as required.
- Support the leadership team with troubleshooting and queries.
- Maintain written guides and training materials for all processes.
