Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE Networks) is the owner of the electricity transmission and distribution networks in Northern Ireland, transporting electricity to approximately 932,000 customers, including homes, businesses, and farms. While owned by ESB, NIE Networks operates as an independent organisation with its own Board and management team and is regulated separately by the Utility Regulator for Northern Ireland.
As part of our ongoing transformation journey, we have created a new People Function Transformation Driver role to provide strategic leadership for the People Transformation agenda and support the organisation through a period of significant change, growth and modernisation. Working across the People & Culture function, the role will lead the design and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, enhance workforce effectiveness and enable the successful achievement of business objectives.
The successful candidate will drive digital HR transformation, workforce planning, organisation design and enterprise-wide change programmes, ensuring that our people, structures, systems and processes are aligned to the organisation's long term strategy and support the delivery of operational excellence.
