18 month fixed term contract. We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Network Investment Plan (NIP) Programme Manager to our Programme Management Team. Reporting to the Head of Programme Management the primary focus for the successful candidate will be prioritising investment delivery, managing interdependencies of the programmes, forecasting both short term and medium tern delivery and identifying the resource capacity and availability to ensure delivery of the integrated investment plan. This will be achieved through the day-to-day management of the wider Programme Management team. You will be responsible for ensuring the investment of regulatory allowances is appropriate and that both costs and timescales are in line with NIE Networks business plan. You will regularly monitor the cost and timescale performance at an overall programme level, identifying efficiencies and optimising delivery of the programme.
