  • Proven track record leading an SAP or IT Delivery Team.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Strong delivery management skills across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong appreciation of integration techniques across complex, enterprise wide ecosystems.
  • Experience of effective engagement with stakeholders.

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge and experience of the Northern Ireland (NI) Retail Market Procedures.
  • Knowledge of utilities industry processes (gas, electricity, water, district heating, etc).
  • Experience working in regulated utility environment.
  • Strong experience with SAP IS-U modules (Billing, DM, CS, FICA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and migration considerations.
