- Programme/Project management certification such as MSP, Major Programme Management, Agile delivery or similar qualification.
- Ability to operate at senior stakeholder / executive level.
- Driving Licence and access to a car, or the ability to meet any travel requirements of the role.
- Experience of supporting regulatory / price control / capital investment programmes would be desirable.
