Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE Networks) is the owner of the electricity transmission and distribution networks in Northern Ireland, transporting electricity to approximately 932,000 customers, including homes, businesses, and farms.

While owned by ESB, NIE Networks operates as an independent organisation with its own Board and management team and is regulated separately by the Utility Regulator for Northern Ireland.

Our Market Services department provides a range of services to the Retail and Wholesale electricity markets, working closely with suppliers and the wider industry.

In addition, the team are responsible for customer registration, processing of metering and meter reading data and billing functions, which includes invoicing suppliers for using the electricity network.

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Meter Data Processing team.

The team provide an effective and efficient meter data service to suppliers and customers, through processing and resolution of data integrity failures, to ensure meter reads and meter data completes their journey to billing and then to the external market.
