This special role sits within the leadership team and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and a warm Nido welcome to all families, every day. As a Family Advocate, you are the trusted voice of the family within the service—ensuring every family feels seen, heard, informed, and supported throughout their entire journey with us.

The role:
- As the Family Advocate, you’ll support children and families to ensure they have access to quality education and care with Nido.
- Manage all family accounts and CCS enquiries.
- First point of contact for families through email and phone.
- Supporting the Executive Service Manager with wages and rostering.
- Manage the waitlist for families with future enrolments.
- Work with the Executive Service Manager with marketing and recruitment initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- We’re seeking an administrative superstar with exceptional organisation skills, attention to detail, great communication and genuine love for people.
- Qualification in Business Management or Administration highly regarded.
- Experience in business administration or customer service management.
- Driven to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
- Valid WWCC.
