Nidec Power is looking for a Sales Support Engineer to join its business in Skelmersdale, near Liverpool. The company develops sales and manages the operations of Alternator Services & Solutions contracts for customers in the UK. Within Nidec Power, you will provide technical and commercial support to our department in charge of low, medium, and high voltage alternators. You will join our subsidiary for a 12-month VIE contract.
After learning about the technical specificities of the range, the different possible applications of these products and familiarizing yourself with our commercial procedures, you will be responsible for:
- Provide technical support to the sales team in place
- Analyze customer requests and propose innovative solutions
- Define the technical specifications and establish the commercial proposals
- Record orders in the CRM tool and follow up on the order until the product is delivered
- Organize with our service subsidiaries start-ups and after-sales support
In general, to ensure a technical and commercial follow-up of the customers for whom you will be responsible in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Your Profile:
Graduate of higher education (Master's degree or engineering school in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Mechanics or related field, ideally supplemented by a master's degree in business or a business school course). Good communication, good interpersonal skills and strong sales/customer orientation. Ability to show initiative, teamwork and versatility. Fluency in English.
