Role Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Nidec Drives as a Production Operator for our Unit 79 Factory, in Newtown. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in delivering day-to-day operational objectives. You will work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking ownership of individual responsibilities to support overall performance and productivity.

Key Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Organisational Impact: Contribute to the achievement of team objectives through effective completion of daily tasks; undertake a mix of routine and occasionally non-routine activities; work independently with moderate supervision; apply judgement within established operational procedures and guidelines.
