We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious HR Apprentice to join our HR team at Nidec Drives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced manufacturing business while completing a structured development programme designed to help you build a successful career in Human Resources.
You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, supporting key people processes across attendance management, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, training and development, and people data reporting. This role offers the opportunity for a clear pathway into an HR role, subject to successful completion of apprenticeship and probation period.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting attendance and absence management processes
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records
- Preparing contracts, letters and employment documentation
- Assisting with onboarding activities for new employees
- Producing HR reports and analysing people data
- Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives
- Scheduling meetings and managing HR documentation
