We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Nidec Drives as a CTD Product Support & Applications Manager.
The CTD Product, Support & Applications Manager, owns both the strategic and hands-on aspects of our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, ensuring every commercial opportunity is backed by commercial, technical, and customer-facing support for our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio.
The CTD Product, Support & Applications Manager will be supporting Segment and regional drive centres on commercial products and support management. This role will be crucial to provide day-to-day support for commercial activities necessary to the segments and regional drive centers to ensure greater customer acquisition, retention, and experience.
This role is pivotal to bridge product management, engineering, and regional drive centres to deliver exceptional application expertise, resolve commercial and technical challenges, and drive product adoption.

Travel Requirements:
A minimum of 25% travel with the potential to increase when required by the business. Travel will likely include overnight stays and attending meetings out of hours.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Degree/Bachelor/Master in a technical discipline and/or a technical field or an equivalent within the field of automation.
- Proven experience in Servo Motor Product Management
- Proven track record in business development in Servo Motors/Gear and Motion Control
- Product, application and market knowledge within automation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships at all levels.
- Strong technical aptitude & financial acumen
- Strong leadership capabilities, managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
