Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea.
In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.
We are currently seeking a Waiter to join our team at Nico’s restaurant.

Working Hours
- 45 hours per week, working on a rota basis
- Earliest shift starts at 10am and latest finish is 1am, depending on business needs
- Mondays off, plus one additional day off per week
What you will do
Deliver exceptional, personalised service to members and their guests, ensuring a warm and seamless dining experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating strong menu knowledge and attention to detail.
Maintain impeccable table presentation and mise en place before, during, and after service
