RB Holdings in London is seeking a Night Baker to join Birley Bakery in Chelsea Green. You will proof, bake and finish a range of viennoiserie and bakery products to the highest standards, prepare sandwiches and grab‑and‑go items, and ensure display readiness and product presentation.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ bakery or food production experience and a good understanding of food safety. You will work straight night shifts 3am–1pm, up to 48 hours weekly.
