Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City. We are currently seeking a Host to join our team at Nico’s restaurant.

Working Hours:
- 45 hours per week, working on a rota basis
- Earliest shift starts at 10am and latest finish is 12am, depending on business needs
- Mondays off, plus one additional day off per week
What you will do:
- Greet, seat, and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage telephone enquiries and reservations efficiently, maintaining a high level of communication
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and service styles while managing table lay-up and mise-en-place before, during, and after service
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role, and type of establishment
- Knowledge of Sevenrooms, and Salesforce is beneficial
- Excellent phone manner
- Conversant with Microsoft Office
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner
