Response Maintenance supervisor

Nicor are recruiting a Supervisor to work on various Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast and around Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Provide a high-quality service to tenants, specifically within domestic properties that are either occupied or void supervise a wide range of skilled tradesmen help manage fleet operations work closely with Contracts manager liase with client and order materials Ensure any additional work is captured and communicated to the relevant person, and using the company PDA system so that the company can invoice for additional work completed ,monitor staffs performance help interview and recruit staff for the contracts managed Compliant in timeframes allocated of jobs, ensure target dates are met Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules Maintain and care for all company tools Use appropriate safety equipment ensure staff maintain high standard of H&S on site carry out tool box talks Be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company policy Liaison with consultants, contract administrator, head office etc. Be responsible for your own safety and all other around you Material co-ordination and organization inc stock control Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation Oversee/assist in the training of apprentices as required The Ideal Person: Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent Previous trades experience in similar role Up to date relevant industry knowledge Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license Valid Gold or supervisor CSR Card Ideally have experience working within the Social Housing sector Skills: response maintenance social housing Benefits: Company Vehicle Skills: response maintenance Skills: social housing experience Supervisory Skills Benefits: private medical TPBN1_NI
